About Us

Prana Holistic Centre is a non profitable rejuvenation centre located in the heart of the Spiritual Capital of India: Kashi. With the Blessings of Baba Vishwanath (Lord Shiva), Ma Ganga (Holy River Ganges) and our Sat Guru "Master Choa" the Centre welcomes everyone who is interested in regenerating and healing the energies of body, mind and soul and developing their human potential through ancient spiritual meditation techniques and healing methods.

Healing, meditation and spirituality are linked and work together. Meditation heals and healing improves meditation. Spirituality is what bonds healing and meditation together. If you're having trouble in meditation you may need to receive healing to clear the way. Similarly, meditation will improve your healing ability by raising your consciousness.

The convergence of healing, meditation and spirituality is easily missed. Healing and meditation are foundational practices of spirituality. The end state of these practices is spirituality itself, with a caveat: Spirituality is an inborn, natural state, and practices aren't there to get to any state. Although spirituality is already a part of human makeup, it tends to be left uncovered, unclaimed and unacknowledged.

Prana Holistic Centre aims to bring together a community of people who share an interest in spirituality and wish to live in harmony with nature, carrying out numerous projects that contribute to revitalizing the local and regional community thereby, uplifting the whole humanity.

The Centre welcomes people who wish to undertake spiritual retreats in a pure environment for balance between material and spiritual development.

A Way of Life

There are close to 50 cultures around the world that have been identified as understanding the concept of 'life energy' in one form or another; e.g., Ki (Japanese), Chi (Chinese), Prana (Sanskrit), Neyatoneyah (Lakota Sioux), Num (Kalahari Kung), Ruach or Roohah (Hebrew), Ro oh (Persian), Lung (Tibetan), and so forth. All of these cultures have their energy healing modalities.

  • As long as man has been walking on two legs there has been a tradition of "laying on hands" which implies people of the ancient cultures e.g Sumerians, Mayans, Egyptians, Greeks and many others knew the art of self healing by using these cosmic energies and it had been a common practice in India centuries ago but unfortunately people over the years have forgotten.

"In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy" –Albert Szent Gyorgyi ( 1937 Nobel Prize Winner).
